通过稀土微合金化的成分设计、采用调质热处理工艺开发了一种具有防爆性能的稀土高强度防护用钢板BT700E。实验结果表明,钢板屈服强度达到767 MPa,抗拉强度达到800 MPa,延伸率达到182%,冲击功值平均大于150 J以上,BT700E钢板力学性能优良,同时具备抵御8 kg当量的TNT爆炸能力。
Through the design of rare earth microalloyed components, a rare earth high strength steel plate BT700E with explosion-proof performance was developed by using the heat treatment process of quenching and tempering. The experimental results show that the yield strength of the steel plate reaches 767 MPa, the tensile strength reaches 800 MPa, the elongation reaches 182% and the impact energy value is more than 150 J on average. The BT700E steel plate has excellent mechanical properties and resistance to 8 kg equivalent TNT explosive capacity.
