目的探讨医院信息化条件下病案统计工作的发展。方法回顾多年以来病案统计工作实践,总结经验、体会。结果医院信息化大大促进了病案统计工作的发展,使其更为规范、高效、快捷。结论病案数字化是纸质病案向电子病案发展不可逾越的阶段,医院信息化对病案管理工作来说,即是机遇也是挑战。
Objective To explore the development of medical record statistics under the condition of hospital informatization. Methods To review the practice of medical record statistics over the years, summarize experience and experience. Results The hospital informatization greatly promoted the development of medical record statistics, making it more standardized, efficient and faster. Conclusion The digitalization of medical records is an insurmountable stage from the development of paper medical records to electronic medical records.
