近年来,我们收治17例肝豆状核变性患儿,其中误诊为病毒性肝炎6例,现报道如下。 临床资料:本组年龄7～12岁,发病急4例,缓慢2例。患儿均有皮肤黄染、发热、贫血,伴有血小板减少3例,肝大4例,脾大1例。凡登白呈双向反应5例,直接反应1例,GPT均升高,铜蓝蛋白均低于正常,角膜色素环(K-P环)均呈阳性。父母近亲结婚1例,兄弟同患此病1例。误诊时间最短2个月,最长达1年。
In recent years, we treated 17 cases of Wilson’s disease in children, of which 6 cases were misdiagnosed as viral hepatitis, are reported below. Clinical data: The group aged 7 to 12 years old, acute onset in 4 cases, 2 cases of slow. Children have yellow skin dye, fever, anemia, accompanied by thrombocytopenia in 3 cases, 4 cases of liver, splenomegaly in 1 case. Vandenberg was bidirectional reaction in 5 cases, 1 case of direct reaction, GPT were elevated, ceruloplasmin were lower than normal, corneal pigment ring (K-P ring) were positive. 1 case of cousins of parents, 1 case of brothers with the disease. Misdiagnosis of the shortest 2 months, up to 1 year.
