职称与人情,本是两类事物,然而并非风马牛不相及。既然职称是需要人来确定的,那就也免不了要涉及到人情。职称,是需要严格的标准才能确定的;人情,却是以相互通融来实现的。一个是严肃的科学界限,一个是“好好先生”,二者看来很难融洽。然而,在某些人情大于科学、感情代替政策的人手里,人情与职称,却被搅成了一团适中的糖稀,软软的,甜甜的,即或象关东糖,也是外表硬棒,一放到嘴里,便会溶化成一团糖饴。自从职称被社会重视,成为学识、水平、能力的代表之时,便有人情在其中作用
