结合大型火电厂基于现场总线的电气控制系统(FECS)和集散控制系统(DCS)一体化的需求分析了FECS主站软件结构,介绍了具有过程控制特征的FECS主站的若干关键技术点的实现方式,分析了适合于发电厂过程控制的基于微内核和软总线技术的数据服务,提出了采用过程实时库提高FECS的实时性和数据完备性;采用基于IEC61131-3的逻辑组态技术提高FECS的控制功能;采用自诊断和自适应技术提高FECS的可靠性;最后分析了FECS主站的发展趋势。
The software structure of FECS master station is analyzed with the integration of FECS and DCS based on fieldbus in large-scale thermal power plant. Some key technical points of FECS master station with process control features are introduced Mode, the data service based on microkernel and soft bus technology which is suitable for power plant process control is analyzed, and the real-time and data completeness of FECS are proposed by using process real-time library. The logic configuration technology based on IEC61131-3 is used to improve FECS Of the control functions; using self-diagnosis and adaptive technology to improve the reliability of FECS; finally analyzed the development trend of FECS master.
