血清透明质酸(Nyaluronic acid,IHA)在体内由间质细胞合成,是结缔组织的重要成分。肝脏是HA的主要代谢器官,肝病患者由于HA的代谢障碍,血清HA浓度增高。作者通过203例各型病毒性肝炎与43例健康献血员的HA浓度检测,对HA在各型肝炎中的变化及其意义作初步探讨。
Serum hyaluronic acid (IHA) is synthesized in the body by interstitial cells and is an important component of connective tissue.
