本文针对小型创业企业高层团队成员变动对企业发展的积极与消极影响,提出基于发展观的高层团队成员退出与进入综合管理模型,深入分析了支撑小型创业企业持续成长的高层团队人力资源发展策略。
This paper aims at the positive and negative impact of the change of senior team members on the development of small-scale start-up enterprises. It proposes that the senior team members based on the development concept exit and enter the integrated management model and deeply analyze the human resource development strategy of high-level team which supports the sustained growth of small-scale start-ups.
