在实际工程中,由于柱所处位置的不同,会形成单面受火、相对或相邻两面受火和三面受火等非均匀的受火边界条件。采用ABAQUS软件,计算了内配型钢方钢管混凝土柱非均匀受火时的温度场和耐火极限,发现非均匀受火时由于温度场分布的不均匀将会产生附加偏心距和附加挠度,其受火性能有别于均匀受火;同时,还计算了构件跨中接触应力和参数的变化。结果表明,柱的截面尺寸和细长比对柱的非均匀火承火能力影响较为显著。
In practical engineering, due to the different positions of the columns, one-sided fire will be formed, and the fire boundary conditions such as fire on opposite or adjacent sides and unbalanced fire exposure on three sides will be formed. By using ABAQUS software, the temperature field and fire resistance limit of non-uniform fire-affected concrete filled steel tubular columns with non-uniform fire were calculated. It is found that due to the uneven temperature distribution, additional eccentricity and additional deflection will occur The fire performance is different from the uniform fire; meanwhile, the change of contact stress and parameters in the mid-span of the component is also calculated. The results show that the cross-sectional size and slenderness ratio of the column have a significant effect on the non-uniform fire-resistance of the column.
