目的建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型,研究金芪降糖胶囊与有氧运动对2型糖尿病大鼠糖脂代谢异常的影响。方法雄性Wistar大鼠饲以高糖高脂饲料联合链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ),建立2型糖尿病模型,连续给药8周,检测口服葡萄糖耐量(oral glucose tolerance,OGTT)、血清胰岛素(serum insulin,Ins)、甘油三酯(triglycerides,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、高密度脂蛋白(high-density lipoprotein,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(low-density lipoprotein,LDL-C)。计量资料组间比较采用方差分析和重复测量资料方差分析,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果给药8周后,金芪降糖胶囊联合有氧运动组、有氧运动组血糖值均较模型组降低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。与正常组大鼠相比,模型组大鼠TC、TG和LDL-C均显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),而Ins、HDL-C显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。给药8周后,各给药组和给药联合有氧运动组大鼠TC、TG和LDL-C与模型组相比均显著性降低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论金芪降糖胶囊与有氧运动可降低2型糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂,有效改善糖脂代谢异常,减少动脉粥样硬化的发生。
Objective To establish a rat model of type 2 diabetes to study the effects of Jinqijiangtang capsule and aerobic exercise on the abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetic rats. Methods Male Wistar rats were fed with high-sucrose and high-fat diet combined with streptozotocin (STZ) to establish type 2 diabetes mellitus model. The rats were continuously administered for 8 weeks. The oral glucose tolerance (OGTT), serum insulin Serum insulin (Ins), triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein LDL-C). Measurement data were compared between groups using analysis of variance and repeated measures ANOVA, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results After 8 weeks of administration, the blood glucose of Jinqi Jiangtang capsule combined with aerobic exercise group and aerobic exercise group was lower than that of model group (all P <0.05). Compared with the normal group, TC, TG and LDL-C in the model group were significantly increased, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05), while Ins, HDL-C significantly decreased, the difference was statistically Significance (both P <0.05). After 8 weeks of administration, the TC, TG and LDL-C of the rats in each administration group and the combined aerobic exercise group were significantly decreased compared with the model group (all P <0.05). Conclusion Jinqi Jiangtang Capsule and aerobic exercise can reduce blood glucose and blood lipid in type 2 diabetic rats and effectively improve the abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism and reduce the occurrence of atherosclerosis.
