生态公益林对于国土安全、生物多样性、社会经济可持续发展具有重要作用,同时生态公益林也是森林生态及社会服务产品的重要提供者。生态公益林的建设离不开优良的区位条件,否则很难生产具有特殊用于的林木。生态公益林作为我国重要的森林类别,具有改善环境和维持生态平衡的重要功能。对此,本文就勐腊生态公益林的建设进行简单的分析,并从生态社会效益两个方面进行阐述。
Ecological public welfare forests play an important role in homeland security, biodiversity and social and economic sustainable development. At the same time, ecological public welfare forests are also important providers of forest ecological and social services products. The construction of ecological public welfare forest can not be separated from the fine geographical location, otherwise it is very difficult to produce forest with special use. As an important forest type in China, ecological public welfare forests have important functions of improving the environment and maintaining the ecological balance. In this regard, this paper analyzes the construction of Mengla Ecological Public Welfare Forest, and elaborates from two aspects of ecological and social benefits.
