目的:探讨程氏分清饮对大鼠肾病综合征的治疗作用。方法:选取雄性SD大鼠50只,随机分为正常对照组(A)、模型对照组(B)、程氏分清饮治疗组(C组)、激素治疗组(D组)、程氏分清饮加激素治疗组(E组)。采用一次性尾静脉注射阿霉素(5.5 mg·kg-1)的方法建立大鼠肾病综合征模型。观察程氏分清饮对肾病大鼠尿蛋白、血清白蛋白(Alb)、尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Cr)、甘油三酯(TG)及肾脏组织病理形态学的影响。结果:各治疗组24 h尿蛋白明显低于B组(P<0.05,P<0.01);各治疗组血清生化指标较B组明显改善(P<0.05);肾组织病理改变明显。结论:程氏分清饮可以明显改善肾病大鼠的尿蛋白及脂质代谢异常,保护肾功能,减轻肾损害,对大鼠肾病综合征具有良好的治疗作用。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Cheng’s Fenqingqing on rats with nephrotic syndrome. Methods: Fifty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups: normal control group (A), model control group (B), Cheng’s Fengying Decoction group (C group), hormone treatment group (D group) Plus hormone treatment group (E group). A rat model of nephrotic syndrome was established by injecting adriamycin (5.5 mg · kg -1) into the tail vein. To observe the effect of Cheng’s Shixian Yin on urinary protein, serum albumin (Alb), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (Cr), triglyceride (TG) and renal histopathology in rats with nephropathy. Results: The proteinuria of 24 h in each treatment group was significantly lower than that in group B (P <0.05, P <0.01). Serum biochemical indexes in each treatment group were significantly improved compared with those in group B (P <0.05). Pathological changes of renal tissue were obvious. Conclusion: Cheng’s clear drink can significantly improve renal proteinuria and lipid metabolism in rats, protect renal function, reduce renal damage, has a good therapeutic effect on rat nephrotic syndrome.
