论述了计算流体动力学(CFD)分析中生成动态网格的主要技术,并应用在稳压膜片溢流阀瞬态CFD动态网格的划分和计算,保证了模拟的不失真,从而较好地解决了由于阀瓣运动所导致计算区域瞬时变化的问题。通过与实测值的比较,验证了CFD数值模拟在分析和预测溢流阀特性上的可行性。
The main techniques of generating dynamic grid in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis are discussed and applied to the transient CFD dynamic grid division and calculation of the regulator diaphragm relief valve to ensure that the simulation is not distorted, so that it is better To solve the problem of transient changes in the calculation area due to disc movement. Through the comparison with the measured value, the feasibility of numerical simulation of CFD in analyzing and predicting the characteristics of relief valve is verified.
