幼儿园的每一位教保服务人员都是教学专业上共同精进的伙伴。如何凝聚团队并促使团队伙伴共同成长,是幼儿园课程领导人面临的重要挑战。本研究聚焦幼儿园教保服务人员团队形成初期课程领导人的工作重点与工作策略等问题,探究他们如何带领园内教保服务人员逐渐凝聚成一个社群。研究发现,在幼儿园新的教保服务人员团队形成初期,课程领导人的首要工作并不是立即改善成员的教学能力或工作状态,而是要经营与维系团队成员之间的关系,以形成有利于促进专业共同成长的社群。
Each kindergarten education service staff are teaching professionals to work together with partners. How to unite the team and promote the growth of team partners is an important challenge facing kindergarten curriculum leaders. This study focuses on issues such as the focus and tactics of the early kindergarten education service staff team forming the initial course leaders and how they can lead the community care service staff to gradually form a community.
