目的通过实验室检测查找引起食物中毒的致病因子,结合流行病学调查综合分析引起食物中毒的原因并提出预防措施。方法对7份食品样品、3份病人大便标本进行食源性致病菌检测。结果从1份食品样品、2份病人大便标本中分离出生化反应、血清型一致的沙门菌,经生化反应、血清学试验鉴定为肠炎沙门菌。结论根据流行病学调查和实验室检测结果综合分析,本次食物中毒是因为聚餐者食用了被肠炎沙门菌污染的凉拌食品引发的细菌性食物中毒事件。
Objective To find out the causative agents of food poisoning by laboratory tests and combine with epidemiological investigation to comprehensively analyze the causes of food poisoning and propose preventive measures. Methods Seven food samples and three patients stool samples were tested for foodborne pathogens. Results The biochemical reactions and serotypes of Salmonella were isolated from two samples of a foodstuff, and Salmonella enteritidis was identified by biochemical reactions and serological tests. Conclusions According to the results of epidemiological investigation and laboratory tests, the food poisoning was caused by the food poisoning caused by the consumption of cold food contaminated by Salmonella enteritidis.
