B: OK. I’ll have a quiet word with her—I know she’s been a bit overworked recently, but it sounds like she needs to sort herself out a bit.
A: Thanks, Mark, I appreciate it.
  B: No problem.
  三、把符合對话内容的选项填入空白处。
  A. Well, we’ll be happy to change it for you.
  B. Would you like to choose a different colour?
  C. so I’d like to change it for another one.

  E. We’ll call you when it comes in.

B: Yes, my daughter bought this camera here for my wife’s birthday. But it doesn’t work, _1_
A: I see. Let me have a look... _2_ but I’m afraid we don’t have another pink one.
B: Oh, what will I do then?
A: _3_ We do have this camera in black and orange.
B: My wife doesn’t like either of those colours.
A: If you want, we can order another camera just like this one. There wouldn’t be any extra charge for it.
B: _4_ Would you please go ahead and do that?
A: We’d be very happy to. But it’ll take at least a week, maybe ten days. _5_
  B: Thank you very much.
