基于中药材产地适宜性分析地理信息系统(TCM-GIS)平台,获得了采样区域11个生态因子值.应用偏最小二乘回归法(PLS)分析了石斛中的化学成分及其与生态因子的相关性.结果表明:同种石斛不同产地的化学成分含量差异显著.土壤类型与铁皮石斛中多糖含量呈极显著正相关;年降水量与金钗石斛中石斛碱积累呈极显著正相关;温度是影响鼓槌石斛中毛兰素含量的主要因素.主成分分析表明,浙江是铁皮石斛的最佳产地,贵州是金钗石斛的最佳产地,而云南是鼓槌石斛的最佳产地.
Eleven ecological factors in the sampling area were obtained based on TCM-GIS platform.PPLS was used to analyze the chemical constituents in the samples and their relationship with ecological factors The results showed that there were significant differences in the chemical compositions of the same species of Dendrobium.It was found that there was a significant positive correlation between the soil types and the polysaccharide content in Dendrobium officinale.The annual precipitation was significantly and positively correlated with the accumulation of Dendrobium in D. nobile. Is the main factor that affects the content of erigeron in Dendrobium officinale.The principal component analysis shows that Zhejiang is the best producing area of Dendrobium officinale, Guizhou is the best producing area of Dendrobium nobile, and Yunnan is the best producing area of Dendrobium nobile.
