采用Hypersil ODS2(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱;以0.01mol/L庚烷磺酸钠溶液(磷酸二氢钠0.01mol/L,用10%磷酸调节pH=3.0)∶乙腈(77∶23)为流动相;紫外检测波长269nm;流速1.0mL/min;柱温为30℃。溴吡斯的明在5.75—57.5μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为A=66.907C-12.583(r=0.9998),溴吡斯的明平均回收率为99.90%;RSD为1.85%。本方法准确简单,专属性强,可用于溴吡斯的明白蛋白微球中药物含量的测定。
Using a Hypersil ODS2 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) column; acetonitrile (77:23) with 0.01 mol / L sodium heptanesulfonate solution (sodium dihydrogen phosphate 0.01 mol / L, pH = 3.0 with 10% ) As mobile phase; UV detection wavelength 269nm; flow rate 1.0mL / min; column temperature 30 ℃. The concentration of pyridostigmine was linear in the concentration range of 5.75-57.5μg / mL, the regression equation was A = 66.907C-12.583 (r = 0.9998), the average recoveries of pyridostigmine were 99.90%, RSD was 1.85% . The method is accurate, simple and specific, and can be used to determine the content of drug in microspheres of bromopyrazines.
