应用电子衍衬技术和扫描电镜等手段,对共析珠光体轨钢的微观结构和断裂过程,进行了观察和分析。研究了珠光体中铁素体和渗碳体的精细结构及两相界面结合特征.根据衍衬分析结果,从晶体学讨论了以片层结构为特征的这种钢的断裂过程。建议引入一个新的参数,即同取向晶团群(SOCC)的尺寸,作为评价珠光体钢韧性水平的实用宏观参数。
The microstructure and fracture process of eutectoid pearlite rail steel were observed and analyzed by means of electron diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The fine structure of ferrite and cementite in pearlite and the bonding characteristics of two phase interface were studied.According to the results of the diffraction analysis, the fracture process of the steel featuring lamellar structure was discussed from crystallography. It is proposed to introduce a new parameter, namely the size of the Oriented Aggregate Group (SOCC), as a practical macro parameter for evaluating the toughness of pearlite steels.
