全心全意地为用户服务,这是人民邮电的光荣传统。近几年来,我们从一切为用户服务出发,改造局所环境,完善管理制度,提高队伍素质,对生产现场诸要素进行合理配置,推动了支局管理工作的优化,促进了业务的发展和服务的改善。1991年,完成邮电业务总量和业务收入分别比上年增长33.34%和34.76%,全面完成部、省下达的通信质量指标,用户满意率达98.6%,支局QC小组还被邮电部授予优秀QC小组光荣称号。
