到了春节,直到元宵节亲朋聚会都很多,糖尿病患者面对多种美食的诱惑往往感到为难。吃吧,怕血糖升高;不吃吧,盛情难却。怎样才能既不伤情谊又不影响病情呢?少吃多尝。宴席上丰盛的四高膳食对糖尿病病情控制十分不利。不少糖尿病患者觉得赴宴后血糖会有所升高。所以糖尿病患者饮食必须控制总热量,一般以低热量、低脂肪、低糖、高纤维膳食为主。面对宴席上的“四高”食品要少吃多尝,以免一吃就超量。
