1949年 10月1日 中华人民共和国的诞生,揭开了中国石油工业的历史新篇章。共和国一成立,中央人民政府就设置了燃料工业部(以下简称燃料部),主管煤炭、电力和石油工业的生产建设工作,由陈郁任部长。 1950年 4月13～24日 燃料部在北京召开第一次全国石油工业会议,研究部署国民经济恢复时期石油工业的任务。会议确定了石油工业基本方针:“在三年内恢复已有的基础,发挥现有设备的效能,提高产量,有步骤、有重点地进行勘探与建设工作,
The birth of the People’s Republic of China on October 1, 1949 opened a new chapter in the history of China’s oil industry. As soon as the Republic was established, the Central People’s Government set up the Ministry of Fuel Industry (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of Fuel) in charge of the production and construction of the coal, power and oil industries, with Minister Chen Yu as the minister.
