目的分析国内外电子健康档案的研究现状和发展动态,把握电子健康档案的发展趋势,以期为我国的电子健康档案发展和相关研究指明方向。方法利用Web of Science引文数据库和文献计量方法,通过检索相关文献,对其进行年代、语种、国家/地区、机构、作者等方面的分析。结果共检索出符合纳入标准的文献1 262篇。电子健康档案发表的文献量从1995年的2篇上升到2012年的218篇。其中,美国发表763篇文献居首,占60.46%。在发表机构中,哈佛大学发表135篇文献居首,占10.70%。而在期刊中,以《Journal of the American Medical Informatics Association》刊文达106篇居首,占8.40%。在研究者中,Bates David发表45篇文献居首,占3.57%。研究学科类别主要集中在健康保健服务、医学信息等学科。结论当今电子健康档案研究已成为全球关注的热点,电子健康档案文献的计量研究将有助于我们及时准确把握其发展动态和主要研究方向。
Objective To analyze the research status and development trend of eHealth files at home and abroad, and to grasp the development trend of eHealth files in order to point out the direction for the development of eHealth files and related research in our country. Methods Using the Web of Science citation database and literature measurement method, this paper analyzes the related documents in terms of age, language, country, institution and author. Results A total of 1 262 articles with the inclusion criteria were retrieved. The published volume of eHRs rose from 2 in 1995 to 218 in 2012. Among them, the United States topped 763 articles, accounting for 60.46%. In the publishing agency, Harvard University published 135 articles topped the list, accounting for 10.70%. In journals, “Journal of the American Medical Informatics Association” published articles up to 106, accounting for 8.40%. Among the researchers, Bates David published 45 articles, accounting for 3.57%. Research disciplines mainly focus on health care services, medical information and other disciplines. Conclusion Nowadays, the research on electronic health records has become a hot spot of global concern. The econometric research of electronic health records will help us grasp the development trends and major research directions in a timely and accurate manner.
