用绿色糖单孢菌分泌的含有木素过氧化物酶与木聚糖酶复合胞外酶漂白桉木AS-AQ浆,对其进行单段酶处理及后续化学漂白,探讨生物酶预处理对纸浆可漂性以及漂白废水污染负荷的影响。结果表明:酶处理可改善桉木AS-AQ浆的可漂性,在后续漂白条件相同情况下,酶处理可使桉木AS-AQ浆白度增加5.4%ISO;在达到相近白度时,后续DED漂白的总用氯量可减少30%,漂白废水的悬浮物、色度和CODCr分别降低了29.2%、26.1%和34.2%。
Bleached eucalyptus AS-AQ pulp containing lignin peroxidase and xylanase complex extracellular enzyme secreted by the green saccharomyces cerevisiae were subjected to single-stage enzyme treatment and subsequent chemical bleaching to explore the effect of the enzyme pretreatment on Pulp bleachability and bleaching wastewater pollution load impact. The results showed that enzymatic treatment could improve the bleachability of eucalyptus AS-AQ pulp. Under the same conditions of subsequent bleaching, enzymatic treatment could increase the whiteness of eucalyptus AS-AQ pulp by 5.4% ISO. At similar whiteness, Subsequent DED bleaching can reduce the total chlorine consumption by 30%, and the bleach, colorimetric and CODCr of bleaching wastewater are reduced by 29.2%, 26.1% and 34.2% respectively.
