本文介绍了一种新型汽车起重机力矩限制器的硬件及软件组成,并通过汽车起重机的结构分析,结合现场调试需要,建立了简洁可行的起重机数学模型和现场调试方法。本系统具有调试简单快速,测量准确可靠的特点。近两年的现场运行证明该系统具有良好的应用前景。
This paper introduces the hardware and software composition of a new type of crane crane torque limiter, and through the structural analysis of the truck crane combined with the on-site commissioning requirements, establishes a simple and feasible crane mathematical model and on-site commissioning method. The system has the characteristics of simple and quick debugging, accurate and reliable measurement. The field operation in recent two years proves that the system has a good application prospect.
