中国的基础教育被国内很多教育人士认为是处于全球领先地位,可是,近年来,我国高中生出国留学却呈“井喷”之势。由中国与全球化研究中心和社会科学文献出版社共同主办的2013年《国际人才蓝皮书:中国留学发展报告(2013)No.2》显示,在2005至2006学年,中国仅有65名中学生持因私护照去美国读中学,到2012至2013学年,美国私立高中有23795名中国学生,7年时间增加了365倍。为何一边是中国基础教育被业内叫好,另一边却是高中学生出国留学大增?笔者最近应温哥华公立教育联盟
China’s basic education is considered by many educators in China as a global leader. However, in recent years, high school students in China have been experiencing “blowout” while studying abroad. The 2013 International Talent Blue Book: China Study on Development Report (2013) No.2, co-hosted by China and Globalization Research Center and Social Science Academic Press, shows that in the 2005-2006 academic year, only 65 secondary school students in China were Private passports to the United States for secondary school, 2012 to 2013 school year, the United States has 23,795 Chinese students in private secondary schools, an increase of 365 times in seven years.
