传统高职英语教学仅停留在语言层面,过多关注单词、句型、语法本身的学习,淡化了英美文化知识的传授,由此带来诸多问题。本文在简要介绍英文文化重要性的基础上,重点强调英美文化知识在高职英语教学中的渗透及其对教学的辅助作用和现实意义。
The traditional higher vocational English teaching only stays on the level of language. Too much attention is paid to the study of words, sentence patterns and grammar itself, which has weakened the impartation of British and American cultural knowledge. As a result, many problems have arisen. Based on the brief introduction of the importance of English culture, this article emphasizes the infiltration of Anglo-American culture knowledge in higher vocational English teaching and its auxiliary and practical significance for teaching.
