针对现有采煤机监测系统使用不便、缺少可靠性分析功能及软件监测界面不全面等不足,设计了采煤机健康度无线监测系统,包括无线监测装置、工作面巷道上位机和井上监测中心三个部分。基于FTA(故障树分析)和FMECA(故障模式影响及危害性分析)可靠性分析理论,建立了采煤机故障数据库,基于LabVIEW开发平台设计了采煤机健康度监测系统软件。该系统在天地科技股份有限公司上海分公司采煤机装配车间通过了现场调试,并利用所采集的传感信号进行了健康度分析,分析结果准确,证明所设计的系统可用于提高采煤机自动化水平。
In view of the inconvenience of using the existing shearer monitoring system, the lack of reliability analysis function and the incompleteness of the software monitoring interface, a wireless monitoring system for the shearer health degree was designed, including the wireless monitoring device, the working face tunnel host computer and the uphole monitoring center Three parts. Based on the reliability analysis theory of FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) and FMECA (Failure Mode Effects and Hazard Analysis), the fault database of shearer was established and the software of shearer health monitoring system was designed based on the LabVIEW development platform. The system passed the on-the-spot debugging in the shearer assembly workshop of Tiandi Science and Technology Co., Ltd. Shanghai Branch, and utilized the collected sensing signals to conduct the health analysis. The analysis result is accurate and proved that the designed system can be used to improve the shearer Automation level.
