我国大部分高校对于教师档案的管理仍然采用人工操作的模式,教师档案管理注重于档案的连续性和其权限,难以发挥高校教师档案的功能作用。带来了教师劳动无价值等问题;教师档案缺乏全面性,难以真正反映每个教师的实际工作情况和个人发展情况;教师档案管理仍然以手工操作为主,观念陈旧、手段落后等制约了教师档案的开发利用效率,教师档案只能用于授权人员的借阅,或者作为填写相关报表的依据。由此可见,高校教师档案落后的管理方式,难以为领导科学决策和教师个人发展提供有力支持。
Most colleges and universities still use manual mode for the management of teachers ’archives. Teachers’ archives management focuses on the continuity and authority of archives, making it difficult to play the role of college archives. Teachers’ work is worthless and so on. The lack of comprehensiveness of teachers’ files makes it difficult to truly reflect the actual working conditions and individual development of each teacher. Teachers’ archives management is still dominated by manual operations, with outdated concepts and outdated means, which restrict teachers File development and utilization efficiency, teacher files can only be used for authorized personnel borrowing, or as a basis for completing the relevant statements. Thus, it is difficult to provide strong support for leading scientific decision-making and teachers ’personal development because of the backward management style of college teachers’ files.
