合成灵猫香酮对大鼠戊巴比妥钠睡眠影响的机制

灵猫香的主要成分灵猫香酮具有缩短戊巴比妥钠所致大鼠的睡眠时间。上海植物生理所用人工方法合成了灵猫香酮,为此进行了药理作用的研究。一、对戊巴比妥钠睡眼时间的影响选Wistar种雄性大鼠21只,体重110~140g,均分三组。合成灵猫香酮用0.5%吐温-80容液制成乳剂。高剂量组灌服合成灵猫香酮200mg/kg,低剂量灌服合成灵猫香酮100mg/kg, 对照组以同样方法给等体积的吐温-80溶液。每日一次。第三天上、下午各给药一次。第四天上午不给药,腹腔注射戊巴比妥钠35mg/kg。以动物翻正反射消失作为睡眠指标。结果,高剂量组仅有一只动物睡眠6min;低剂量组有二只动物翻正反射未消失,对照组全部入睡。二、对戊巴比妥钠血药浓度的测定选Wistar种雄性大鼠18只,体重90~130g,均分二组。给药 The main component of civet cat ciprofimone has a shortened sleep time in rats caused by pentobarbital sodium.
