采用室内浸泡模拟实验,研究了锚杆在受到硫酸铵离子侵蚀作用下的锚固性能变化的研究。通过对不同类型锚杆在相同腐蚀条件下浸泡后的锚杆—砂浆界面荷载—位移关系和粘结强度的测试分析,研究了不同锚杆在受到硫酸铵侵蚀作用下的锚固性能变化的规律。试验结果表明:随着砂浆受腐蚀时间的延长,锚杆—砂浆界面的粘结强度呈下降趋势,且在相同腐蚀时间下,带肋锚杆与光圆锚杆相比较,腐蚀作用对带肋锚杆的影响更为显著。
The indoor immersion simulation experiment was carried out to study the change of anchorage performance of anchor bolt under the attack of ammonium sulfate ion. Through the test analysis of the load-displacement relationship and bond strength of the different types of anchor rods immersed in the same corrosion conditions, the anchoring performance of different anchor rods under the attack of ammonium sulfate was studied. The test results show that the bond strength of the anchor-mortar interface decreases with the increase of the corrosion time of the mortar, and the corrosion rate of the ribbed anchor rod is lower than that of the light anchor rod under the same corrosion time. The impact of anchor is more pronounced.
