学困生,即学习有困难的学生。俗话说:“金无足赤,人无完人。”每个学生由于自身、家庭、社会等方面因素的不同,在学习上出现不同程度的障碍是比较正常的现象。在每个学校,每个班级都不同程度地存在着一些学困生,他们是班级的落伍者,只有做好他们的工作,才能使整个班级的教学质量有所提高。而且新课程明确提出:“基础教育要面向全体学生。”也就是说我们的教育教学要考虑到每一位学生的全面发展,一个也不能掉队,因此作为一线教师我们不得不重视学困生的发展。本文从学困生产生的原因以及转化方法两个方面予以探究。
