住房权是公民获得基本人权保障的权利,拥有良好的住房权可以促进公民全面发展。目前我国商品房价格偏高,而保障性住房建设不足,致使商品房的价格违背了市场规律呈爆炸式增长。为了保障公民的基本住房权,也为了保障公民的基本人权,我国应将保障公民住房权写入宪法,并及时出台相关的具体落实法律,保障公民住房权得到落实。
Housing rights are citizens ’rights to basic human rights protection. Having a good housing right can promote citizens’ all-round development. At present, the price of commercial housing in our country is relatively high, while the construction of affordable housing is insufficient, resulting in the explosive growth of the price of commercial housing contrary to the market rules. In order to protect the basic housing rights of citizens and also to protect the basic human rights of citizens, our country should ensure that the housing rights of citizens are written into the constitution and promulgate relevant concrete implementing laws in time so as to guarantee the implementation of the housing rights of citizens.
