民族成人高等教育是整个民族教育研究中的薄弱环节,关于具体学科专业教育发展的研究更是罕见。本文通过文献法和实证法对我国民族院校成人外语专业教育发展的历史与现状进行了调查,结果表明:我国民族成人外语专业教育办学始于20世纪80年代后期和90年代初期,目前10所民族院校成人外语专业办学类型包括成人高招学历教育和高等教育自学考试但以前者为主,办学层次以本科为主、专科为辅,办学专业涵盖英语和部分非通用语种(东南亚和南亚语种、阿拉伯语、日语和俄语)。依据调查研究,本文探讨了中国民族成人高等教育领域外语专业教育改革与发展应践行的“多元化”和“特色化”的办学理路。
The national adult higher education is the weakest link in the entire national education research. The research on the development of specific subject professional education is even rare. This paper investigates the history and current situation of the development of adult foreign language education in ethnic minority colleges in our country through literature and empirical methods. The results show that the education of ethnic adult adult professionals in our country started in the late 1980s and early 1990s, and now there are 10 The types of adult foreign language majors in ethnic colleges include adult education and higher education self-study examinations. However, the former mainly focuses on the following aspects: undergraduate education, supplemented by specialties, English and some non-linguistic specialties (Southeast Asian and South Asian languages, Arabic, Japanese and Russian). Based on the investigation and study, this article explores the management principles of “pluralism” and “specialization” that should be practiced in the reform and development of foreign language professional education in the field of adult education in China.
