瓢曲是连续退火炉内普遍存在的问题。带钢在张力作用下经过旋转的凸度辊时,由于炉辊凸度、摩擦力及塑性积累效应等的综合影响,将发生瓢曲质量缺陷。运用有限元软件ABAQUS对运行中的带钢进行数值模拟,找出带钢上张力的分布情况、瓢曲临界载荷、带钢张力与瓢曲位置的关系。结果表明,带钢上存在横向压缩应力,8 mrad凸度辊的瓢曲临界载荷在18.0~20.5 MPa之间,带钢张力较小时圆柱部分带钢出现瓢曲,张力较大时圆柱部分与辊肩处均出现瓢曲。
Gouqu is a common problem in continuous annealing furnace.
