在我国社会主义市场经济条件下,医院经济管理工作对提高医院的市场竞争力具有不可替代的重要作用。本文主要从医院经济管理的概念和意义、医院经济管理中的现存问题、做好医院经济管理工作的具体措施几个方面对医院经济管理工作进行探讨。
Under the condition of socialist market economy in our country, the hospital economic management plays an irreplaceable important role in improving the market competitiveness of the hospital. This article mainly discusses the hospital economic management from several aspects such as the concept and significance of hospital economic management, the existing problems in the hospital economic management and the concrete measures to do the hospital economic management.
