目的本次研究在已有的模糊评判法上结合层次分析法进一步对苯系物接触的风险因素评价进行探索。方法结合某机械制造企业涂装车间的实际情况,初步形成危害因素评价指标体系及评判准则,从选址与整体布局、生产工艺、苯系物接触防护设施、工人职业病知识知晓率、辅助用室、个体防护措施、职业健康监护、职业卫生管理情况多维度体现该涂装厂的工作状况和风险因素,采用层次分析法确定风险因素的权重,通过现场采集的数据,结合因素权重,进行矩阵计算,确定风险因素的风险等级。结果本次研究得出苯系物接触防护设施和生产工艺风险等级分别为第一等级和第三等级,其风险度较高。结论苯系物接触防护设施和生产工艺的风险度高,显示此环节为苯系物危害防治关键控制点所在,因此要重点对其进行合理的改进和优化。
OBJECTIVE: This study explored the risk factors of exposure to benzene series compounds by using the fuzzy analytic method combined with analytic hierarchy process. Methods Based on the actual situation of a painting workshop in a machinery manufacturing enterprise, an index system and evaluation criteria for the evaluation of the hazard factors were initially formed. Based on the site selection, overall layout, production technology, exposure to benzene compounds, workers’ knowledge of occupational diseases, , Individual protective measures, occupational health monitoring and occupational health management reflect the working conditions and risk factors of the paint factory multi-dimensionally. The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of the risk factors. The data collected in the field and the factor weights are used to calculate the matrix , Determine the risk level of risk factors. Results The study concluded that the exposure levels of benzene series material contact facilities and production processes were the first and third levels, respectively, with a high degree of risk. Conclusion The benzene derivatives exposure facilities and the risk of production process is high, indicating that this link is the key control point for the prevention and control of benzene series hazards, so we should focus on its reasonable improvement and optimization.
