本文研究了碳、氮、钼、钛、铌以及时效试样的晶粒尺寸对25%Cr 型铁素体不锈钢475℃α′脆化的影响。测定时效硬化,得知所有上列合金元素的加入,都会加强α′脆化。一般而言,硬度和拉伸强度反映α′析出的程度。但是,对延伸率的测定及弯曲试验表明,由于铌和钛的加入,引起铁素体晶粒的细化可以弥补α′析出的脆化。
In this paper, the effects of grain size of carbon, nitrogen, molybdenum, titanium, niobium and aged samples on the α ’embrittlement of 25% Cr ferritic stainless steel at 475 ℃ were investigated. Determination of age hardening, that all the above elements added to the alloy, will enhance the α ’embrittlement. In general, hardness and tensile strength reflect the degree of precipitation of α ’. However, the determination of elongation and bending tests show that the addition of niobium and titanium causes the refinement of the ferrite grains to compensate for the embrittlement of α ’precipitation.
