介绍了钢包底吹氩气系统的工艺参数,分析了孔板调节基本原理,并结合现场工况条件,制定出三段基本精炼吹氩曲线,对搅拌能进行了计算、分析,提出了合理的搅拌工艺和智能控制方法。实践表明,该智能吹氩系统不仅提高了产品质量,还降低了能耗,对同类型企业有一定的指导作用。
The technological parameters of the ladle argon blowing system at the bottom are introduced. The basic principles of orifice plate adjustment are analyzed. Based on the working conditions in the field, three basic refining argon blowing curves are developed. The stirring energy is calculated and analyzed, and a reasonable Mixing process and intelligent control methods. Practice shows that the intelligent argon blowing system not only improves the product quality, but also reduces the energy consumption, which can guide the enterprises of the same type.
