上期,记者调查了卡车企业的销售网点,依照惯例,这期记者继续对客车企业的北京市销售网点进行了走访,并且针对销售人员素质和销售网点建设等多个方面进行了评比。这次共涉及13家客车企业。销售网点很难寻找且人性化设计较差在走访之前,记者在企业的网站上,查到了各企业在北京建设的销售网点,但走访后发现,这些销售网点多为客车企业在北京的分公司或办事处,其中厦门金龙、苏州金龙和亚星奔驰3家企业为经销商。13家客车企业的销售网点,没有一家具有4S资质,只有厦门金龙位于北京南郊的销售网点具有整车销售、零部件供应和售后服务3项功能,而且售后服务体系还是与苏州金龙、厦门金旅共用。
