分别用PAG水溶性淬火介质和普通淬火油对24 mm厚50CrVA钢板弹簧进行热处理。对比试验结果表明,使用PAG水溶性淬火介质淬火试样的平均硬度≥57 HRC,回火后其金相组织优于使用普通淬火油热处理试样;使用PAG水溶性淬火介质热处理后试样平均疲劳寿命可达15万次以上,与普通淬火油热处理试样相比,疲劳寿命提高近一倍,较大程度上提高了钢板弹簧的质量。
The 24 mm thick 50CrVA leaf spring was heat-treated with PAG water-soluble quenchant and ordinary quench oil respectively. The experimental results show that the average hardness of quenched samples using PAG water-soluble quenching medium is ≥57 HRC, the microstructure of which is better than that of ordinary quenching oil after tempering; the average fatigue of samples after heat treatment with PAG water-soluble quenching medium Life expectancy up to 150,000 times more, and ordinary quenching oil heat treatment compared to the sample, the fatigue life almost doubled, to a large extent, improve the quality of leaf springs.
