目的 :观察脑出血患者血浆神经肽 Y( NPY)和神经降压素 ( NT)的水平变化。方法 :采用放射免疫方法测定了 4 6例脑出血患者血浆 NPY和 NT的含量。结果 :血浆 NPY和 NT水平在发病 2 4小时内即显著上升 ,4~ 7天或 1~ 3天达高峰 ,8~ 1 5天开始下降 ,1 5天后仍在较高水平。重型患者 NPY水平显著高于轻型和中型 ,中、重型患者 NT水平显著高于轻型。结论 :NPY和 NT参与了脑出血的发生及病理生理过程。
Objective: To observe the changes of plasma neuropeptide Y (NPY) and neurotensin (NT) levels in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the plasma levels of NPY and NT in 46 patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Results Plasma NPY and NT levels increased significantly within 2-4 hours of onset, peaked at 4-7 days or 1-3 days, decreased at 8-15 days, and remained high at 15 days. The level of NPY in patients with severe type was significantly higher than those in patients with mild type and medium type. NT level was significantly higher in patients with moderate and severe type than in those with mild type. Conclusion: NPY and NT participate in the occurrence of cerebral hemorrhage and pathophysiological process.
