目的 研究病毒唑 (三氮唑核苷 )在细胞培养中抑制呼吸道合胞病毒 (RSV)的作用。方法 用细菌培养法 ,采用 Vero细胞感染病毒后 2 h给药法 ,观察细胞病变 (CPE)。结果 当病毒感染量小于或等于 10 0 TCID5 0 时 ,病毒唑组无 CPE,而病毒对照组有 2 5 %~ 75 %的 CPE。病毒唑抑制 RSV的最大无毒浓度 (TD0 ) ,半数有效浓度 (IC5 0 ) ,最小有效浓度 (MTC)和治疗指数 (TI)分别为 10 0、5 0、2 5 μg/ ml和 4。结论 病毒唑在细菌培养中确有显著抑制 RSV的作用 ,这为其治疗 RSV感染提供了实验依据。
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of ribavirin (Ribavirin) on respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in cell culture. Methods Bacterial culture method was used to detect cytopathic effect (CPE) 2 hours after virus infection in Vero cells. Results When the virus infection was less than or equal to 100 TCID50, there was no CPE in the ribavirin group and 25% -75% CPE in the virus control group. The maximum nontoxic concentration of ribavirin for inhibiting RSV (TD0), the median effective concentration (IC50), the minimum effective concentration (MTC) and the therapeutic index (TI) were 10 0, 50, 25 μg / ml and 4, respectively. Conclusion Ribavirin did significantly inhibit the effect of RSV in bacterial culture, which provided an experimental basis for its treatment of RSV infection.
