匍匐栀子花、早菊叶外植体在分化和脱分化过程中,过氧化物酶同工酶谱相应发生变化。当愈伤组织上含胚性细胞时,过氧化物酶同工酶谱带增多,并且大多集中在“—”极慢带区。吲哚丁酸(IBA)在诱导早菊分化苗生根的过程中,过氧化物酶同工酶谱带逐日增多,当IBA、萘乙酸(NAA)和脱落酸(ABA)诱导早菊苗基端出现根原体时,它们具相似的过氧化物酶同工酶谱。在生根培养基中,添加活性炭,可促进试管苗提前生根,苗健壮。
