目的 观察SARS患者血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)含量变化。方法 用放射免疫法检测 2 9例SARS患者血清SOD含量 ,与正常对照组作了比较。结果 患者SOD含量明显低于对照组 ,重型SARS患者SOD含量明显低于普通型。恢复期不同阶段患者血清SOD含量回升但仍低于对照组。结论 SARS患者体内产生过量的自由基分子 ,使SOD过度消耗。SOD含量变化可以反映病情程度 ,检测血清SOD水平有助于病情的观察。加强机体清除自由基的能力可能是重要的治疗措施之一。
Objective To observe the changes of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) in SARS patients. Methods Serum SOD levels in 29 SARS patients were detected by radioimmunoassay, and compared with the normal control group. Results The superoxide dismutase (SOD) level in patients with severe SARS was significantly lower than that in the control group. Patients in different stages of convalescent serum SOD levels rose but still lower than the control group. Conclusions In patients with SARS, excess free radical molecules are produced, leading to over-consumption of SOD. Changes in SOD content can reflect the severity of the disease, serum SOD levels help to observe the disease. Strengthening the body’s ability to scavenge free radicals may be one of the important treatment options.
