目的了解高密市淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性状况。方法浸渍法测定淡色库蚊Ⅲ龄末Ⅳ龄初幼虫对杀虫剂的半数致死浓度(LC_(50)),并通过与实验室敏感品系的比较得到抗性倍数。结果高密市淡色库蚊对双硫磷、残杀威、仲丁威和氯菊酯均产生抗药性,双硫磷抗性倍数为13.32,残杀威抗性倍数为5.34,氯菊酯抗性倍数为4.59,仲丁威抗性倍数为4.27。溴氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯为敏感,抗性倍数分别为2.56、1.39。结论高密市淡色库蚊对双硫磷、残杀威、仲丁威、氯菊酯抗性水平较高,应高度关注杀虫剂的抗性状况,定期开展抗药性监测工作,指导合理使用杀虫剂。
Objective To understand the resistance of Culex pipiens pallens to common insecticides in Gaomi. Methods The half-lethal concentration (LC_ (50)) of insecticides in Culex pipiens pallens Ⅲ end-stage larvae were determined by impregnation method. The resistance multiples were obtained by comparison with laboratory sensitive strains. Results Culex pipiens pallens resistant to diphtheria, propoxur, sec-butyl and permethrin were all resistant to insecticides, the resistance to diphtheria was 13.32, the resistance to malaria was 5.34, and the resistance to permethrin was 4.59, sec-butyl resistant multiple of 4.27. Deltamethrin and beta-cypermethrin were sensitive and the resistance multiples were 2.56 and 1.39, respectively. Conclusion Culex pipiens pallens resistant to diphtheria, propoxur, sec-butyl and permethrin had a high level of resistance in Culex pipiens pallens in Gaomi. Insecticide resistant status should be highly concerned. Drug resistance monitoring should be regularly carried out to guide the rational use of insecticides Agent.
