目的探究输卵管妊娠破裂患者分别采取自体和异体输血的护理情况差异。方法选取86例输卵管妊娠破裂患者,将患者随机分为两组,每组43例,对照组采取异体输血的方法,观察组采取自体输血的方法,比较两组患者的护理情况。结果观察组患者的护理情况总体优于对照组患者,两组数据比较存在显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论采取自体输血可以有效帮助妊娠破裂患者进行治疗与护理,有利于患者康复,值得推广。
