为了使单抗用于骨髓净化和导向药物的研究,应用分泌抗急非淋M_2和M_5型单抗1D_1和1A_1,观察对正常骨髓粒-单核细胞集落形成单位(CFU-GM)的影响。结果实验组与对照组比较无显著性差异,说明单抗对CFU-GM没有影响,不损伤正常骨髓造血干细胞,为M_2和M_5型单抗用于骨髓净化和导向药物的研究提供实验依据。
In order to make monoclonal antibody for bone marrow purification and targeting drugs, the effect of secreting anti-naloxone M_2 and M_5 McAb 1D_1 and 1A_1 on the normal bone marrow mononuclear cell colony forming unit (CFU-GM) was observed. Results There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group, indicating that the monoclonal antibody had no effect on the CFU-GM and did not damage the normal bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells. It provided the experimental evidence for the study of M_2 and M_5 monoclonal antibodies for bone marrow purification and targeting drugs.
