3月下半月,下沙销售总量为388套,较3月上半月整体销量有所下降,环比上期的680套下跌了43%。随着市场成交热点的转移,下沙开发区的交易量相比前几期有明显减少,但是除了保利.东湾,海天城、伊萨卡国际城和四季风景仍然有所成交,区域的成交均价有所回升。保利.东湾以高性价比继续延续热销势头,成交107套,一跃成为板块销售冠军。
In the second half of March, the total sales volume of Xiasha was 388 units, down from the first half of March as a whole, with a decrease of 43% from 680 units in the previous month. With the transfer of hot spots in the market, the trading volume in Xiasha Development Zone decreased significantly compared with that in previous years, except for Poly East Bay, Haitian City, Ithaca International City and Four Seasons Landscape.
