开展节能审计是石油企业保障国家和集团公司节能减排发展战略的需要,通过审计能进一步摸清耗能单位的真实能耗现状,找出初步的节能方向,为管理层制定节能政策提供有力的参考依据。本文就石油企业在节能工作中存在的主要问题问题进行探讨,并提出了自己的几点思考。
Carrying out energy-saving audit is the need of petroleum enterprises to ensure the development strategies of energy conservation and emission reduction of the state and group companies.
