目的对某人工游泳馆进行建设项目卫生学预评价,评估和预测疾病传播的健康风险,提出改进措施,为建设项目验收和审批提供技术依据。方法依据现行的公共场所卫生标准,采用现场调查、工程分析和类比法相结合的方式进行卫生学预评价。结果该建设项目在选址、卫生设施和消毒措施、卫生管理方面基本符合有关卫生标准的要求。类比项目泳池水平均游离性余氯0.40 mg/L,空气中细菌总数(沉降法)均数2个/皿,工作场所粉尘平均浓度1.35 mg/m3,结果符合公共场所卫生标准的要求。结论检测如果在项目的设计施工中,落实本报告提出的建议,建成使用后,加强卫生管理,控制各项危害因素在国家卫生标准范围内,拟建项目在卫生学方面是可行的。
Objective To pre-evaluate the hygiene of construction projects in an artificial swimming pool, assess and predict the health risks of disease transmission, propose improvement measures and provide technical basis for the acceptance and approval of construction projects. Methods According to the current health standards in public places, pre-evaluation of hygiene was carried out by means of on-the-spot investigation, engineering analysis and analogy. Results The construction project basically meets the requirements of relevant health standards in terms of site selection, sanitary facilities, disinfection measures and hygiene management. The average level of free residual chlorine in the swimming pool was 0.40 mg / L, the total number of bacteria in the air (sedimentation method) was 2 / dish, and the average dust concentration in the workplace was 1.35 mg / m3. The results met the requirements of public health standards. Conclusions Detection If the recommendations in this report are implemented in the design and construction of the project, after the project is completed and put into operation, it will be feasible for the proposed project to be hygienic within the scope of national health standards to strengthen health management and control various hazards.
